There is something pretty special about watching a project come to life, from the very first render right through to seeing it built on site.
We are excited to share that we are currently delivering the electrical works for a brand new medical centre in Coomera, Gold Coast.
Why this project matters
Commercial fit-outs like this are not just about pulling cable and switching on lights. Medical centres come with their own set of standards, strict compliance requirements, precision wiring, and seamless coordination with builders, engineers and other trades. Every power point, every light, every safety circuit has to be exactly where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there.
That is the kind of work we love.
What we are delivering
Our team is handling the full electrical scope for the build, including:
- Switchboard design and installation
- Lighting and emergency lighting systems
- Power and data rough-in
- Compliance testing and certification
Bringing the render to life
The first image is the architectural render, what the finished building will look like. The next is from site this week, with the structure going up and our team starting on the rough-in stage.
It is a great reminder of why we do what we do. Every commercial project is a chance to be part of something bigger than just the trade itself and we are proud to be helping bring this one to life for the Coomera community.
